Welcome to “Bellevue,” our villa built in 1910! Spanning a spacious 90 m², a cozy and light-filled home awaits you—ideal for couples, friends and families. All rooms have been renovated and lovingly furnished. This self-contained apartment is situated in a quiet, idyllic location in the Wied valley, surrounded by nature, yet easily accessible and close to many attractions and natural highlights. Here, you can enjoy some time to yourselves, spend time together, and let your mind wander. The space Here’s everything you need to feel right at home: • 2 cozy bedrooms for up to 5 people: two double bedrooms (extra bed and crib available) • Bathroom with shower and large tub • Spacious kitchen-dining-living area—perfect for spending time together • Cozy living room with TV and access to the loggia • Spacious entryway with a wood-burning stove • Children’s play area, various games, including some for adults • Sunny loggia furnished with seating: south-facing with a view of the greenery—enjoy the outdoors! 🛋️ Amenities for Your Comfort • Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Chromecast • Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, espresso maker, coffee maker, iron, etc.) • Coffee, tea, spices, vinegar, oil, and basic pantry items provided • Washer and dryer • Travel crib, high chair, baby dishes, etc. • Books and games • Towels, bed linens, a variety of pillows, shampoo, and soap included • Bicycles can be parked securely on the property • Use of the garden with barbecue facilities available upon request *** There’s also a lovely playground just around the corner *** Brochures, coupons, and information about the surrounding area, restaurants, excursions, etc., are available for you in the apartment • Overall, high-quality and practical amenities with original hardwood floors, high ceilings, a country house atmosphere, and turn-of-the-century Charme. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire property; the garden is available by prior arrangement. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street. There is usually plenty of space there, and traffic is light. Bicycles can be securely parked on the property if needed. E-bikes can be charged. Two sets of keys are available for the apartment. Other things to note A few important details: o Our house isn’t the right place for wild parties—instead, it’s for enjoying quality time together and a variety of activities o Smoking is not allowed in the apartment o Our cat, Fritz, also lives in the house. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, he is not allowed in the vacation rental. 🗺️ Explore the area! Our location offers you the best of both worlds: Right outside our front door, beautiful hiking trails lead into the Wied Valley, the Westerwald, and onto the famous Rheinsteig. Attractions and natural highlights are within easy reach: • Engers Castle—a Baroque castle on the Rhine featuring classical concerts • Sayn Castle—with a museum, butterfly garden, and fortress • Neuwied Zoo – the largest zoo in Rhineland-Palatinate • Ehrenbreitstein Fortress – an imposing fortress complex with a cable car crossing the Rhine • The Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and… • The Moselle Valley – beautiful wine villages, castles, and stunning river landscapes • “Traumpfade” – award-winning premium hiking trails in the region And so much more!
