This bright space is fully equipped and the ideal place to disconnect, whether you are coming as a couple, with friends or family. You can discover our beautiful region between the sea, lake, and mountains. It has a living room equipped with a sofa bed with mattress topper, a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with toilet You also have a garden The space 🏠Indoor space: Living room with lounge area, dining room and fitted kitchen (excluding dishwasher). Washing machine, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, microwave, mini oven, kettle, crockery. Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm), dressing room with en-suite bathroom and toilet. 🏡Outdoor space: 20 m² garden with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, plancha, 2 sun loungers. Parking space in front of the home. Guest access 🚶‍♂️The space is entirely at the disposal of guests. If the owners are not there, you have a lock box at your disposal, allowing you to access the accommodation. Other things to note ⛰️Our accommodation is ideally located for discovering several tourist sites or simply relaxing in peace. You'll have a choice of lakes, walks in the forest, sports activities, visits to typical villages, and local cuisine. For example, Lac de Saint-André (30 min) or Castellane (45 min), Chambre du Roi in Annot (15 min), canyoning, summer tobogganing and tree climbing in Valberg (40 min), the medieval town of Entrevaux (10 min), and steam train rides. But also the city of Nice is 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car or accessible by bus from the accommodation for only €2.50 per trip, or by the little train (Des Pignes).🚞 .It is also possible to take a ride on a steam train. A beautiful playground is available in our hamlet, with a petanque court, and just above you can discover the typical small village of Castellet-les-Sausses, with its tennis court accessible to all. Note: the bathroom and toilet are accessible from the bedroom. This is more suitable for a couple with or without children, but it is still possible for 4 adults to stay for a short period.
