Strandgården - idyllic lighthouse old farm

Strandgården is an idyllic old four-length farm located in the first row from the water, with half-timbered, charming courtyard and the most beautiful sea view to Askø, Fejø and Femø. There is plenty of space to unfold on the 5,000m2 plot and the most breathtaking sunset can be enjoyed directly from the terrace. It is 400 meters to natural beach with the possibility to swim or put your own kayak or dinghy in the water, an amazing nature and the nature reserve Kalløgrå in the backyard. The space The entire living house of 173 m2 is completely renovated and contains a large open kitchen living room with wood stove and space for eight around the dining table. There is direct access to the terrace with sea view. In the middle of the house is a cozy living room, with room for the whole family. There is access to the garden from the living room. There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed. One (master bedroom) overlooks the courtyard and morning sun, two large bedrooms have access to the living room and a smaller bedroom with sea views. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower and toilet with sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. We only lock the workshops for safety reasons. Other things to note The beach farm is located in a Natura 2000 protected area, as sea eagles pulling over the farm. In the backyard is the nature reserve Kalløgrå. It is 20 minutes to Knuthenborg safari park or Nysted Strand and only 6 km to Sakskøbing.
