Designed for those who want to experience the city at a leisurely pace, it combines early 1900s architecture, vintage-contemporary furnishings, and carefully selected amenities. Our guests receive ALTROVE, a digital guide we’ve created with walking routes, off-the-beaten-track restaurants, and short themed itineraries to discover Rome like a local. “VUOTOPIENO isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a way to experience the city.” Our location is strategic: a few steps from the main bridges that connect the Prati district to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The neighborhood, still authentically Roman, is alive by day, quiet at night, and full of restaurants and shops. The house offers air conditioning, heating, a safe, electronic locks, Wi-Fi, TV and an equipped kitchen. Designed by architect Filippo Bombace, it has been mentioned in design magazines for its vintage-contemporary style that combines Italian brands and local craftsmanship. Recommended for couples, we also welcome children aged 12 and over. The house is located in a building that houses two independent suites on the mezzanine floor: the charm of the ancient cobblestones of the street can bring some slight city noise. We provide our own hotel linen, Aesop and Botanica natural soaps, Nespresso coffee, adapters, USB sockets and Bluetooth speakers. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor on the street side: the street is quiet but the cobblestones can produce some noise. The entrance is shared with another apartment; only we access it for cleaning management and it is useful for our guests if they want to make a luggage deposit at check-out. Reservations must be made by the guest: reservations on behalf of third parties are not allowed. We therefore ask you to respect the house and its rules, to preserve its quality and atmosphere. Being located on the mezzanine floor on the street side, the house can sometimes perceive the sounds of Roman cobblestones: an authentic feature of the city, which still remains quiet in this neighborhood. Rome is alive and vibrant, but the night hours here maintain a pleasant silence. For business travelers, we recommend checking that the Wi-Fi speed meets your needs. Access to the two suites is from a common hall shared only for cleaning management.
