A private self-contained detached guest cottage studio room inc. King size bed, additional 2x Single (Super King) pull out, sitting area, desk / TV and separate bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4 (with pull-out bed), but very comfortable for a couple. Our lovely guest cottage is detached from a private house and has open views across the gardens. It’s light and airy and seating for 4, tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, TV and hair-dryer, and iron. Gated secure parking. The space Fully furnished to an executive standard. Spacious studio style main living and sleeping area, with separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The King size bed plus additional 2 x Single pullout sofa bed provide ample sleeping and accommodation for up to 4 persons. Plenty of lounging space as well as outdoor patio area for summer use. Private gated electronic off-street guest parking. Guest access The private guest cottage has total privacy and separate from the main house in the the exclusive area of Shenley Church End in Milton Keynes. With gated access and SmartLock access to the accommodation, you can have total privacy. Other things to note Self Checkin is available. Access to the accommodation is via a SmartLock. A personal access code will be provided in advance for self checkin or at checkin by the host. Catchup on your latest series via Netflix or Amazon Prime accessible via the TV. Switch the TV from DTV to HDMI-3 Input. Heating controls are via a Nest Smart Thermostat above the Bedside. There is a default schedule programmed but feel free to override this and turn the outer dial temperature up or down to your liking. The system will default back to the schedule later. When you go out, the Smart Thermostat will sense when the cottage is empty and go in to Eco mode but will switch it back up when you return. We do not provide a breakfast, but in addition to the Tea, Coffee facilities, we do leave complementary Cereals for anybody that would like. Please Note: there is a very friendly cat on the property that may pay a visit. So please, if you do have a cat allergy be aware this accommodation may not be suitable for you.
