It features a private balcony overlooking the main square and the Ducal Palace, glimpses of the Cathedral, and access to a shared panoramic terrace at the highest point of the old town within the walls. Carefully designed interiors, artworks, a full kitchen, bright bathroom with spacious shower, two 50” TVs, heating and air conditioning: comfort, art and history in a unique location. ✨ The space Casa Aurea is an elegant and bright apartment in the heart of Atina’s historic centre, designed for guests who want to experience the village from a truly privileged position. ✨ The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building, with entrance from Via Roma, the main street leading to the central square. Its balcony overlooks the main square and the ancient Ducal Palace, one of Atina’s most iconic historic buildings. On the opposite side of the apartment, guests can also enjoy glimpses of the Cathedral. 🏛️ Casa Aurea is ideal for couples, families and small groups of up to 4 guests, while preserving a good level of comfort and space. It includes a double bedroom, a living area with equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a complete bathroom and a furnished balcony for two people. For stays of up to 2 guests, the double bed is normally prepared. For a third guest, the armchair bed in the bedroom is available; for 4 guests, the double sofa bed in the living area is prepared. For specific bed arrangement requests, guests are kindly asked to contact me before arrival. 🛏️ The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, suitable for both short stays and longer visits. The bathroom is spacious, bright and well finished, with a large shower, washing machine, mirror and spotlights. The interiors are enriched with selected paintings, canvases and artworks, including pieces by local artists, giving the apartment a warmer, more personal and refined atmosphere. From there, guests can admire the rooftops of the village, the Ducal Palace, the Cathedral and the landscape of the Comino Valley. 🌄 Guest access 🔑 Guests will have exclusive access to Casa Aurea and all its private indoor spaces: bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony overlooking the main square. Access to the building entrance is via a digital system. Once inside, guests will find the apartment keys in a Master Lock key safe, following the instructions sent before arrival. 🌄 Guests may also access the building’s shared panoramic terrace, located at the highest point of Atina’s historic centre within the old town walls. The terrace is a precious common space: guests are kindly asked to use it respectfully, keep noise low, avoid moving furniture unnecessarily and leave everything tidy. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, as is typical of historic buildings in the old town. Its central location allows guests to walk to bars, restaurants, the main square, historic sights and local services. 🚶‍♂️ It is possible to drive up to the building entrance to load and unload luggage. Parking is not private, but several public parking areas are available nearby, generally within a few minutes’ walk. 🚗 Other things to note 🏛️ Casa Aurea is located in a historic building in the very centre of Atina. The apartment is independent and for the exclusive use of guests. Next to the apartment there is a second independent unit, separate and not accessible to guests. All areas of Casa Aurea therefore remain private and reserved for those who book it. 🛏️ Casa Aurea is offered to comfortably host up to 4 guests, preserving the right level of comfort, space and quality of stay. The standard setup includes the double bed for 1 or 2 guests; for a third guest, the armchair bed is normally prepared; for 4 guests, the double sofa bed is prepared. For special needs, such as a different bed arrangement or an exceptional request for a fifth guest, please contact me before booking or before arrival.
