Double Room Available – Single Occupancy Only. A spacious double bedroom is available in a detached house for single occupancy only. Non smoker. Please note: no access to shower at present. Room includes: * Double bed * Private en-suite with toilet and wash basin * Superfast fibre broadband * Smart Tv The property also benefits from a large driveway with ample free parking. The space The house is situated on a quiet road in Wisbech, with the nearest shop just a 3-minute walk away and the town centre about 20 mins. It is conveniently located 22 miles from Ely or Peterborough, 14 miles from Kings Lynn and 10 miles from March where you'll finnd the nearest railway station. Guest access Guests only have access to their room, the kitchen is unavailable. During your stay Live in land lady will be available to assist guests when needed or by phone. Other things to note As this is my family home, I kindly ask that guests send me a brief message introducing themselves before booking. I’d love to know a little about who will be staying. Please note that I teach music from home and have three small dogs, so there is some daytime noise. For this reason, the house is not suitable for guests who work night shifts and need to sleep during the day.
