A TV/music lounge with upright piano and guitar. - 2 rooms dedicated to entertainment, with many amenities suitable for everyone:. The kids' room: bright veranda with foosball, ball pit, activity table, early learning games. The adults' room: American pool, darts, chess, board games. - 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double bed (160) and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (+ possibility to unfold a sofa bed 140). - 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms. - 3 equipped terraces overlooking the gardens, one of which is covered for smokers. Garden side: - 1300 m² fully enclosed with petanque court, barbecue, sun loungers, play structure, Breton shuffleboard, balls, flying disc, ping-pong, volleyball/badminton + accessories, swing frame and slide. - Closed garage for 2 cars, courtyard for 4 cars. Rates include bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels. Cleaning is optional at 100 euros to be paid on site. Other things to note In July/August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (we do however accept a reservation of at least 5 days per entire week).
