The space 🏡 The space: The house offers large, bright, and functional living spaces: • Fully equipped kitchen and dining room for 14 people. • Relaxing lounge area, TV, and music with upright piano and guitar. • Entertainment spaces: - For children: bright veranda with foosball, ball pool, activity table, and early learning games. - For adults: pool table, darts, chess, and board games. • 5 comfortable bedrooms: - 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), - 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and a sofa bed (140 cm). - 1 bedroom with 4 single beds. • Bathrooms: - On the ground floor: 1 shower room and 1 toilet. - Upstairs: 1 bathroom with toilet. • 3 terraces, including one covered. 🌳 Garden and exteriors: • 1,300 m² property, not overlooked and fully enclosed. • Plenty of outdoor activities: pétanque court, ping pong, playground structure, numerous outdoor games. • BBQ and lounge chairs. • Enclosed space, interior courtyard for up to 6 cars. 🌟 The immediate surroundings (by car): • First beaches 1 min away (15-min walk). • Sailing schools, boat rentals, kayaks, windsurfing boards, diving, etc., 5 minutes away. • Village Gaulois, Cité des Télécoms, Radôme, Planetarium, Eco-Center 2 min. • Paintball 100 m away, tree climbing 1 min away, St. Samson Golf Course 2 min away. • Hostel 2 min away, bars and restaurants 5 min away. • Numerous hiking trails. 🛏️ Included services: Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
