Enjoy a pleasant stay in a modern room on the first floor of our earthquake-resistant newly built home, located in a quiet and green residential area of Appingedam. The room is especially suitable for contractors, professionals, and guests working in the area, but also ideal for shorter private stays. The house offers a calm and comfortable environment after a workday. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés, and the historic town center of Appingedam, known for its famous hanging kitchens above the Damsterdiep. The room includes free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea facilities, a comfortable bed, and space to work or relax. The bathroom is shared. Please note that breakfast is not included and cannot be offered. Free parking is available directly in front of the house, and bicycles can be safely stored in a locked bike shed. Whether you are here for work, family, or a short stay in the north of the Netherlands, you are very welcome!
