This pet-friendly house with multiple living areas is ideally suited for families or for two couples who would like their own privacy. There is an indoor separate studio and a large living room with a garden and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The garden is enclosed. Parking is available on your own property, for a maximum of 3 cars. Electric cars can be charged. A perfect base for trips to Weesp and Amsterdam, boating in the area, sailing, surfing, hiking and cycling! The space You enter a hallway where there is a toilet with a bidet function. Next to it is the access to the downstairs area: a large living room with kitchen. The counter is large, equipped with everything you need to cook extensively. A large dining table for 8 people provides space to work or eat. In the same room, there is a sitting area with two comfortable sofas, a recliner, a TV with Apple TV and a sound system, and a lovely fireplace. The garden doors can be opened so that you can walk directly into the garden, which is full of flowers in summer. The garden faces south and is completely private. An awning under which you can sit comfortably completes the garden seating area. The garden is fenced so that the dog can run free in the garden. The stairs lead upstairs, where there are two spacious bedrooms, both with their own bathroom and a sitting area. The bedroom at the top of the stairs on the left has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a rain shower. There is also a workspace and a seat. The bedroom at the top of the stairs on the right is a complete studio with a king-size bed, an extensive sitting area with a TV with Apple TV, a sound box, a small but complete kitchen with a dining table, and a shower and toilet in the bathroom. A second king-size bed can be added in no time. Guest access Everything in the house and garden is for the guests. No shared areas. Other things to note Drugs are expressly prohibited on the property and in the house. We'll show you where you can walk the dog, but please clean up the poop.
