The Eifelhoeve A nice, simple vacation home for 12 to 25 people, equipped with a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. A total of 25 people can stay at the Eifelhoeve, with or without B&B service! 5 double B&B rooms, with or without shower, with a delicious breakfast. A well-equipped gite/holiday home for 12 people, with expansion for up to 25 people by adding the B&B rooms and/or the mobile home. The space Because the gite/holiday home can be expanded together with the B&B rooms, we have accommodation for 2 to 25 people. Guest access The Eifelhoeve is an old farm where the yard is an enclosed, fenced environment that offers you peace and privacy. Other things to note House rules: Dear guests, Because we want to make your stay here as pleasant as possible, there are of course a number of agreements that you should take into account. These agreements are for your own interest and safety. You are also requested to read these rules carefully and sign for approval. The person who signs the house rules ensures that this is communicated properly with the other members of your company: - You will find the house clean, but if something is not in order, please report this to the managers as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you. -If you have forgotten to bring something, or are missing something in the inventory, ask if the managers can help you with this. We can't promise anything, but sometimes it can be a small effort for us and a great convenience for you. - If you need ice cubes, we have them ready for you in the freezer. -All beds are provided with mattress protection with a fitted sheet as a flannel function. You are required to make the beds over this, with your own bottom sheets and pillowcases. In case of soiled flannel sheets, we will charge 5 euros per bed, and damage to mattresses will be recovered from you. -Smoking is prohibited everywhere indoors, including in the bar area and around the pool! - Deposit cigarette butts in the outdoor area in the designated ashtrays. -Playing soccer in the yard is forbidden. -Energy saving is in our own interest, and that of the generations that come after us. So please close doors and windows and turn off the lights when you leave, or leave the bedroom! - Please lower the thermostat of the central heating by one degree when you go to sleep! -The house, which includes the B&B rooms, is quite noisy. You are requested to take this into account, especially in the evening. There may be other guests present who are not part of your group. The bar and the gite, on the other hand, actually have no neighbors. -The toilets at the B&B rooms work via a sanibroyeur. Only deposit toilet paper in the toilet. Material other than toilet paper has major consequences of clogging. For this, we are forced to charge a €50 fine. - Pets are welcome, but of course not on or in the beds. If you would like a dog basket, ask. We have one for you! - We have free-range chickens. If your pet has a hard time dealing with this, that is not a problem in itself, as long as you pass this on. Then we'll make sure the chickens stay in their coop! Upon departure: Without having to subject the house to a deep cleaning before you leave again, we do ask you to put the following things in order. o All inventory (dishes and glassware) and furniture (in the bar and on the property) is clean and in its original place. (in the gite 15 pieces of dishes of everything, the rest in the red kitchen) Please report breakage o The kitchens, including the stoves, microwaves, ovens, coffee makers and refrigerators are clean and empty, as you found them upon arrival. o Dishwashers are cleared o The bar is tidy and the used glasses are, washed and well, in the right place. o Waste bins in the bathrooms and kitchens are emptied and clean. o Household waste should be separated from plastic bottles, glass, cardboard and paper in sealed bags. In the room by the kitchen, there is a rack with black bins that can help you with the sorting. At the outdoor toilet is a space where you can eventually deposit your garbage, plastic bottles by color, paper and cardboard and cans. There is also a crate in which you can put your glassware. We will then take it to the glass container for you. oDamage due to carelessness to furniture or equipment will be at your expense. If you do not leave the house as found on arrival and as described here in these regulations, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for cleaning or tidying up! (We will discuss this with you in advance so you won't be faced with unexpected surprises.) The pool and the jacuzzi: -We are not responsible for any accidents. The use of the swimming pool is therefore entirely at your own risk. -The swimming pool is 1.50 m deep. Diving is strictly forbidden! -For use of swimming pool and jacuzzi it is mandatory to always shower first. -For everyone's safety, the fence to the pool must be closed at all times. -Children are exclusively and always under adult supervision in and around the swimming pool - The Jacuzzi is covered with the lid as soon as possible after use. The water cools down surprisingly quickly, and it takes a long time before it is at the right temperature again! In Schönberg, there is also a fairly complete neighborhood store where you can go for meat, vegetables and household items.
