Avec plaisir! Simply check in at the front desk, and a few minutes later, you can be relaxing in our small but luxurious wellness area. The wine cellar The history of winemaking within the walls of the De Merin Boutique Hotel dates back to the Middle Ages. Initially used as a storage area, the basement became a bakery two centuries later, when the house housed the local boulangerie. The historic vaults, the distinctive alcoves, and even the old oven have been preserved to this day – and with them, the charm of that solid foundation.
