Old farmhouse (No. 2) among UNESCO vineyards

Le Spezie farmhouse is located in the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The family farm grows Prosecco grapes and has an orchard and a wood. The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. There are games for children, swings and a charming wooden playhouse. Dogs, cats, chickens and a donkey. The space The Pepe Rosa apartment sleeps two and is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, opposite the Salvia and Rosmarino apartments, which sleep three. A simple, well-equipped apartment. Mosquito nets on all windows. Air conditioning only in the living area, which blows towards the bedroom. An ideal place for families, groups of friends and workers. Out of time, among the Prosecco hills, breathtaking views of the hills and mountains from every window, large garden with deckchairs, tables and benches for guests. 20 hectares of land including vineyards, orchards and woods surround the large pink house, while the mountains provide a backdrop to the north. Swimming lake (Laghi di Revine) 10 minutes away by car. Panorama hypermarket in Vittorio Veneto 7 minutes away by car. Wine cellars and garden produce for sale a stone's throw away. Vittorio Veneto and Conegliano, 7 minutes away by car. Vittorio Veneto Sud motorway exit (A27) 3 km away. Other things to note The tourist tax of €1 per person per day, applied for a maximum of 5 consecutive days of stay for adults (children up to 14 years old are free), is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. Change of sheets and towels €15 per person. We do not live in the farmhouse but 6 km away. Air conditioning is only available in the kitchen and blows towards the bedroom.
