Oast Cottage offers a place to relax in the heart of the Sussex countryside. This 18th Century cottage is full of charm and perfect for a cosy get away with all the family. The cottage has its own private fenced garden which is separate from the main house where you can enjoy the hot tub - there is a £50 surcharge for the hot tub during midweek bookings . We are popular with guests attending Limekiln weddings with the venue being 10 mins away The space The layout of the house is as follows Ground Floor: - Sitting room with TV - Kitchen with dining table - Larder - Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Upstairs: - 1 x Bedroom with King Bed - 1 x Bedroom with King Bed - 1 x Bedroom with Double Bed - 1 x Bathroom with toilet & sink The property has a garden just outside the front of the cottage, this is a private fenced space with a table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Please review the aerial photo of the cottage so you aware that the cottage shares a driveway with the main house on site. The cottage has a hot tub down the side so you are able to discretely go from cottage to hot tub. If you are staying with children/babies please let us know what amenities you require so these can be provided. Other things to note Please drive slowly on the driveway as there are often children about If you would like to stay with dogs please message us the breed of dogs so we can see if they are suitable for the space. Please note we will charge an extra £50 cleaning fee. SECURITY CAMERAS ARE ON SITE MONITORING GATES & DRIVEWAY. Gardens and hot tub areas are totally private.
