Get ready to breathe in the fresh ocean air as you relax and take in the stunning waterfront views — whether from the shaded gazebo, the front deck, or on the private beach itself. Spend your days making unforgettable memories biking on the nearby trails, hunting for hermit crabs, kayaking along the shoreline and watching the lobster boats bring in their catch each spring. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit to share stories while taking in the breathtaking sunsets over the water. The space Enjoy 100 feet of ocean and private lawn. You have a private staircase to the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. Sit in the shade in the gazebo or lounge on the four provided loungers on the beach. We provide floatation devices, noodles and snorkeling gear for your water entertainment as well as 2 kayaks for adults and 2 childrens kayaks with life jackets. Kayak down the coast and take in the seals lying on the rocks or stop and enjoy the beautiful sandy beach at Rushtons. If you want you can enjoy the massive lawn we have corn hole, washer toss, ladder toss, boche and volleyball. Inside, there are books, puzzles, TV with movies and plenty of board and card games. Other things to note To access the beach and water you will need to climb stairs. The beach is rocky so we provide loungers and adjustable chairs to enjoy, we also advise water shoes and we provide some just in case you are traveling far. The cottage has two separate bedrooms for 4 guests comfortably. The third bed is a pullout in the living room which if used can be cozy in the cottage.
