A tiny house firmly cuddled Into the lap of Nature with exciting views in Husavik suburb. We try to keep the indoor air in the cabin free of fragrance, mold, chemicals, smoking and solvents so they can suit people who suffer from allergies, respiratory problems or chemical sensitivity. The area is extraordinary as it has breathtaking views, abundant bird-life, spectacular nature and wildlife, country comfort and urban activities and service in town (Only 900 meters) The space The house is on one floor with one bedroom (20 sqm and a 7 sqm terrace). The interior layout is a studio apartment. There is one double bed with a wall in front of the bed to make it more private. On the other hand this makes it not as easy to get in or out of the bed (especially for the elderly or people with disabilities). The house has a small private bathroom with a shower, a dining corner and a kitchenette with all necessary cooking facilities to make small meals. Please note! You are in Iceland; there may be hydrogen sulfide smell of the hot water. Standard equipment includes radio, internet connection, iron, hair dryer, hot and cold water, electricity and geothermal heating. We do our best to keep the indoor air in our cottages free from fragrances, mold, chemicals, and solvents so they are suitable for people suffering from allergies, respiratory problems or multiple chemical sensitivity (MSC). We would also be grateful if our guests limited as much as possible the usage of fragranced products while staying with us. Included in the price is made-up beds with bed linens and towels. These house is designed to accommodate up to 2 adult guests. But it is also possible to sleep on the sofa if you prefer separate beds. Other things to note This house is located on the scenic 260 km long "Diamond Circle": The Húsavík - Dettifoss - Myvatn - Húsavík round trip journey, so many of the most spectacular and interesting places in Iceland are within 100 km radius from Húsavík. Due to our excellent location, we can recommend at least four days to fully enjoy Húsavík and the Diamond Circle. Spend one day in the Myvatn area. Together, the National Park and "Dettifoss" area, deserve at least one day. Reserve one more day to drive the Diamond Ring Road and visit all the small interesting places. Then of course, don't miss our beautiful Húsavík where you can go whale watching, angling, horse riding, golfing, swimming or hiking. Finally, enjoy a day within our surroundings, taking a walk around the lakes, and relaxing cuddled in nature within your cabin.
