B&B Concrea "Royal", with private kitchen and bathroom

In this former farmhouse, there are 2 guest rooms on the 2nd floor. In room 'Royal' there is a double bed and 2 hotel beds that can also be used as a sofa. And there is TV. We always rent only 1 room at a time (or both rooms by the same person or group). So you have your own kitchen and bathroom. Forest and heath are nearby, plus all desirable amenities such as restaurants and supermarket. Management is in the hands of Roland van Balen and Martha Marjenburgh, visual artists. The space Room "Royal" is on the 2nd floor. It is a very spacious living-bedroom on the South side with television. There is a comfortable double bed with a firm mattress. On the other side of the room there are 2 hotel beds that can also be used as a sofa. A baby can stay for free. The room has 4 windows, including a wide window with a garden view. There is a bathroom on the 1st floor with toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower. And a kitchenette with hot and cold running water and the necessary amenities. We never rent the room at the same time as the other room (or both rooms by the same person or group). With that, you have a private bathroom with toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower. And its own kitchen with hot and cold running water. The guests can put together their own breakfast and it can be consumed in their own room. Also, a possible evening meal can be prepared in the kitchen. There is no hob, but there is a combi-microwave. Would you like us to decorate the kitchen for you with breakfast provand? Then that can be done for €10 per guest per day. The B&B Concrea is part of Stichting Concrea. The main objective of the foundation is to promote creation and recreation. In addition to the 2 guest rooms, Studio Concrea is also housed, consisting of a studio and an exhibition space. The managers of the Foundation live downstairs. They are the hostess and host of the B&B and the point of contact for guests. Guest access Guests can access the garden, the terrace behind, the exhibition space and the studio, if they wish. During your stay Hostess and host Martha and Roland live downstairs. Breakfast is optional at €10 per guest per day. If guests want to, they can tell us in advance. We then fill the kitchen with breakfast supplies, which they can prepare themselves. If guests want to use the studio, that's possible as well. Roland and Martha provide the necessary assistance and guidance. Cost €10 per person per day share incl. basic material and use of tools. Self-employed work is also an option. Bring your own equipment and your own work, and possibly your own tools. There is a course program on request. Other things to note Breakfast is not included in the base rate. The kitchen can be provided with breakfast provisions at €9 per person per day. The room can also be rented in combination with the "Comfort" room.
