The space Our accommodation is located within a charming main estate. Although we share the entrance to the property, you will enjoy complete independence, privacy and comfort in your own apartment and leisure areas. We want you to feel as if you were staying at a friend's home, with the peace of having your own exclusive private space. THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. It also features a practical breakfast bar, perfect for quick breakfasts before heading out to explore or for enjoying a relaxed and comfortable informal lunch. Right next to it, you will find THE LIVING ROOM, designed for entertainment and complete relaxation. You can unwind on the comfortable sofa bed in front of the flat-screen TV. And if you fancy some fun, we have a PlayStation with games available so you can make the most of your leisure time. Moving along the hallway, you will find THE WALK-IN WARDROBE, the perfect solution to keep your suitcases and belongings organised and out of the way. It is conveniently located right opposite the bedroom and is ideal for arranging all your clothes, shoes and luggage comfortably. Opposite is THE FLEXIBLE BEDROOM, designed to adapt completely to your needs thanks to our modular system. You can choose how you would like to rest: enjoy two comfortable 90 cm single beds or a spectacular 1.80 m King Size bed, perfect for couples. Just let us know before your arrival and we will prepare it exactly as you prefer! To complete your tour, you will find A FULL BATHROOM with a practical, spotless shower area equipped with everything you need to refresh yourself and recharge after an amazing day exploring our beautiful island. As the perfect complement to the apartment interior, you will also have access to spacious outdoor areas designed to provide extra comfort, space and relaxation during your stay. First, there is a practical covered porch/terrace and leisure area that works as an outdoor living room. It is a wonderful additional space to spend afternoons sheltered from the breeze, chat in the seating area, enjoy family meals at the extra table or play a game of darts while making the most of the fresh air in complete comfort. Right next to it, you will find the artificial grass garden, a lovely green corner ideal for relaxing in the sunshine of the island’s midlands. It includes a table and three comfortable reclining chairs, making it a very practical spot for an early breakfast, a peaceful lunch or keeping an eye on children while they play outside. A simple and pleasant place to enjoy the wonderful climate of Firgas at your own pace. The outdoor entrance is shared, but you will have complete privacy in your accommodation, porch and garden. Arrival: Check-in is 100% self-service through a key collection system for your convenience, allowing you to arrive flexibly at any time from the check-in time onwards. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Events: Parties, events or visits from people who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed. Climate: Gran Canaria has several microclimates. We recommend bringing light clothing for the daytime and a warmer layer (jacket or sweater) for cooler evenings in Firgas and your trips through the island’s interior.
