If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Stays Over 7 Nights Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra fee. Other things to note Online Check-in Required To complete your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in via SuiteOp before arrival. During check-in, you will need to: Provide your email address and estimated arrival time (ETA) Agree to our Terms & Conditions Choose one of the following: Option 1: Refundable Security Deposit – £250 Fully refunded within 5–10 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage and all house rules have been followed. Option 2: Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – £59 A one-time, non-refundable fee instead of paying the deposit. Provides accidental damage cover of up to £150 during your stay. No deposit is held, and there is no refund to wait for after check-out. Your check-in instructions will be available at 2pm on the day of check in once the online check-in has been completed.
