Located in peaceful Albolote, just an 8-minute walk to the metro, with easy access to Granada city center, the Alhambra, Sierra Nevada, and the motorway. The space The entire house would be for you, during your stay. The street is very quiet , not businesses around with noise work, supermarket called Coviran is just closed after the street corner. At the first floor, you will find the spacious Kitchen with two big fridges, induction stove, coffee expresso machine, oven and microwave with all the equipment you need for cooking. Kitchen has an access to the a big Patio with laundry and sink for washing and cleaning tasks. Living room is also connected with kitchen and Patio throw a big glass windows where you can enjoy a big table to dinning, sectional sofa with power reclining chaise lounge and very big smart TV. The third bathroom is in this floor with shower. At the second floor, you will sleep in three double bedrooms with one double bed in each bedroom and smart TV, AC. One of the bedrooms has suite bathroom with shower, the other ones has one complete shared bathroom with double sink, hot tub. And access to big balcony. The other completed bathroom is downstairs. In the third floor, there is a room for training with treadmill and elliptical, dumbbells and other fitness equipment. There is also bar designed to enjoy in Family and friends called Peter’s Bar with Bluetooth speakers, lighting and Arcade Game. Roof top with Sierra Nevada views and sunbathing hammocks. In this living room beside the Bar there a double sofa bed for the two extra guest after the 6 guest sleeping in the 3 bedrooms. Guest access Guest can access by the street door or by the garage door with direct access inside the House. Other things to note Granada metropolitano just 8 minutes walking from the house, which is the first stop in the line, working also during weekends during the night from 6 am to 2 am.
