This flat is on the penthouse level with amazing 360 degree views of Cole Valley. Well suited for longer term stays and great for professionals or families visiting for extended period. I am close to UCSF and the muni stop that takes you directly to Market Street. I am right next to a Whole Foods & Golden Gate Park in a quiet area, but just steps a way from the hustle and bustle of SF. This home includes a kitchen and washer/dryer! This is a 1 bedroom home with a sleeper sofa. The space This penthouse flat is well appointed. It has been beautifully maintained and renovated to preserve the San Francisco Edwardian style building charm. There are plenty of windows (360 degrees) that allows for extreme natural light. Guests of this southern half of the flat will have extreme privacy. In this back half of the home, there will be a private entrance with a private split bathroom (one room with toilet and a separate room with tub-shower/vanity), private kitchen, private bedroom, private washer/dryer, and private living/dining room. This is a beautiful building, however it is on the 3rd floor, so there are 4 flights of stairs and does require a bit of endurance. There is no elevator on this property so please keep this in mind if climbing stairs is difficult. The private bedroom has a king sized bed (2016) with 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets and Room & Board Furniture. The private living is very comfortable with an American Leather couch that stores an extremely comfortable queen, memory foam mattress. There is an additional chair with ottoman, which overlooks the backyard neighboring gardens. There will be plenty of entertainment options on the 55" LG OLED television that's carefully hung above the mantle. You will have access to Netflix, HuluPlus, and Prime. The private split bathroom (one room with toilet and a separate room with tub-shower/vanity) is very functional as it will accommodate multiple guests simultaneously. The private kitchen includes all of the essentials needed to prepare meals. The private laundry (washer and dryer) is situated in the flat and is available for use by guests. Laundry detergent and softener will be provided. This flat is overfilled with natural light and has a beautiful view of the backyard neighborhood gardens. This flat is perfect for long-term stays as it offers guests a very private experience, is very close to UCSF Parnassus Medical Center, Golden Gate Park, Haight-Asbury District, Cole Valley, and the Inner Sunset-9th Street Corridor. ***The hardwood floors are well maintained and old. As a result, noise does travel easily in older, early 1900s homes, so please be mindful of your behaviors within the home and please be courteous to other residents within the building.*** Other things to note This home is on the 3rd story and there are only stairs up to the top. There are probably about 40 steps to the top. Please note that there is a set of 12 steps to the first floor also. If steps are a concern, this is not the best. However it’s definitely worth the hike up! This listing is set-up as an Inquiry-Listing.
