Welcome to Gîte Dorothée! Olivier and Stéphane welcome you to Dampierre-sur-Boutonne in this peaceful haven for 4 people. Comfort & Amenities: Renovated stone house with 2 bedrooms. Bright living room under a beautiful glass roof. Private garden, terrace, BBQ & private pool. Explore the Area: Ideally located to discover Charente-Maritime (the local Castle just steps away, the Marais Poitevin, and La Rochelle less than an hour away). A friendly, serene, and warm stay awaits you! The space Interior Layout Ground Floor: Living room / fully equipped kitchen. Living area with a Smart TV (Amazon Prime) and a single sofa bed (room cannot be fully darkened; €15/day/person extra charge upon request). Separate toilet. First Floor (staircase secured with child safety gates at both the top and bottom): Bedroom: 1 double bed (150x200 cm) and 1 single sofa bed (€15/day/person extra charge upon request). Open mezzanine: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) overlooking the living area, cannot be fully darkened (sleep masks provided). Shower room with toilet. Outdoor Amenities Private spaces: Terrace in front of the living room, covered terrace with a lounge area, garden furniture, and a gas BBQ. Shared spaces: Enclosed garden and courtyard (discreet access by the owner for maintenance and to reach their outbuildings). 2 reserved parking spaces. Private pool: Heated above-ground pool (8 x 4 m, depth: 1.2 m) with a pool alarm and 4 sun loungers. Accessible from May to September, subject to weather conditions and local administrative restrictions. Guest access During your stay, all the facilities at Gîte Dorothée are exclusively yours to enjoy. Although the gîte is attached to our home, we have installed a privacy screen to ensure your complete seclusion. You will therefore have private access to the swimming pool and the garden throughout your stay. A wooden privacy screen has been installed to ensure your seclusion, offering you a peaceful living space. Throughout your stay, the swimming pool, the garden, and the terrace are exclusively reserved for your use. You will enjoy a private setting, all to yourselves, for moments of relaxation under the Charente-Maritime sun.
