The space An ancient oil mill (Vecchio Palmento) that has been skilfully restored now houses a refined 100 sqm holiday home, where comfort and Sicilian authenticity meet. Inside you will find a large living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet/bidet, and two lofted, communicating sleeping areas. The main room has a double bed, while the second has a sofa bed for two persons. The house is air-conditioned and centrally heated (except the kitchen). Outside, guests can relax on two beautiful terraces connected by a spiral staircase. The upper terrace (100 sqm) houses a patio with barbecue area, dining table and relaxation area ideal for al fresco dining. The lower terrace is dedicated to wellness: a mini-spa with a panoramic whirlpool bath, equipped with ergonomic seats, chromotherapy and aromatherapy, for moments of pure relaxation surrounded by greenery and silence.
