Only a 10-minute walk from the Karl of the West: Karl-Heine-Straße, an art and culture mile with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The space The open living-dining area with cozy couch, dining table and TV invites you to relax. In the fitted kitchen there is a toaster, espresso maker, filter coffee machine, ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge with small freezer compartment as well as sufficient dishes and cutlery. Basic equipment (sugar, salt and pepper, oil as well as tea and coffee) is available. Dish towels, dishcloths or sponges, kitchen roll and cleaning agents are also available. In the bedroom, a super comfortable 180 x 200 m bed awaits you. A dresser and hangers are provided. In the bathroom, in addition to hand and bath towels, soap, bath additives, toilet paper and a hairdryer are also available. Amenities include a bathtub with shower curtain. Guest access The apartment is located in the attic of an apartment building. There is no elevator. Access to the residential building or courtyard area is only possible for residents and guests with the appropriate key.
