On Mountain LARGE House, Hot Tub & Fire Pit!!

Large ON MOUNTAIN house w/gorgeous living room, stocked kitchen & beds galore. 8 person hot tub. Huge smokeless fire pit in back yard. Kids area in basement w/gaming system, darts and private sleeping bunk room. Heat pumps being installed in Summer 2021 so entire place will have AC. On the golf course. Back yard grill, corn hole and patio furniture. Priced so even a small group can enjoy a large spacious house. You will not find a better rental anywhere on the mountain. The space The entire house is yours. Lots of beds, bathrooms, large kitchen with all the necessities. If you have kids we also have taken care of keeping a baby eating seat (bumbo), a baby gate, a pack and play, a infant bathtub, a noise maker and a baby monitor here so you don't need to crowd your car with these types of things. The house has a large private back yard, deck with a large patio table that seats 8 and a brand new large grill. Smokeless Breeo fire pit installed Summer 2021. Heat pumps installed Summer 2021 so there is AC throughout. Don’t stay up at the mountain if there are no heat pumps. You’ll regret it! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine to cook and tuppeware to store leftovers. We keep extra linens to fully stock the house twice for towels and blankets so you will not run out. Brand new high efficiency front load washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom. During the Summer, we keep a corn hole set on site also! We got a brand new hot tub installed Winter 2021, and it’s the largest one they made with speakers and lights. Guest access We have a smart lock on the side door (main entrance) and a unique code is emailed to you an hour before check in. That is used for your entire stay so no keys are needed! Other things to note RULES & EXTRA FEES If you have pets, please pick up their “messes” as the cleaning crew will charge $50 for each turd that they have to pick up :) Smoking. Absolutely no smoking in the house. If there is any sign of smoking in the house or cigarettes (butts) found in the house expect a $150 charge for my cleaning crew to bring in air purifiers to clean out the property. If my cleaning crew is stuck wasting time picking up butts off of the ground outdoors they are going to charge me $150, which is passed along to you. Please just be considerate and put them into a can and the trash barrels that are outdoors. Be respectful of the hot tub. Don't put any chemicals or substances into the hot tub. Don't bring glass into the hot tub. If for any reason it has to be drained and refilled that will be a $650 charge. It takes my maintenance crew 2-3 hours of their time, 600 gallons of new water, that needs a ton of electricity to warm it back up to 103F along with all brand new chemicals/filters.
