The dining room has a large dining table to seat 10 people and also a cosy sitting area around an inglenook fireplace. There is a mesmerising fish tank in the breakfast area of the fully equipped kitchen, with separate utility area. There are beautiful country walks to nearby Hurstpierpoint and Henfield and the South Downs Way. The large garden is lovely with a great BBQ, Table Tennis, Ping Pong, Croquet Set, a Summer House full of games including Cricket Sets, Rounders, Tennis Rackets, things to take to the Beach, including buckets & spades.
