The space The location consists of a large cottage, big porch area, garden and a private swimming pool to accommodate up to 20/25 people. The cottage consists of 10 bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms, has a huge porch, 4 living rooms (one of which is perfect for the whole group), kitchen with restaurant facilities, laundry, equipped garden, perfectly functioning old wood oven, barbecue, swimming pool and large garden, wifi available in some rooms and common areas. Ideal holiday for groups of friends, large families or people who want to enjoy absolute privacy, in relax and peace; loud parties are not allowed. Exclusive use of the swimming pool is guaranteed. Owners live in the property with two small dogs and 2 cats in a detached cottage with private entrance. Guest access Upon request of our guests we offer catering service in the farmhouse. We love the culinary traditions of our region and are happy to organize special events such as evenings with pizza and bread made together with our guests, in the old wood-burning oven. Various services can be offered on request: cook, babysitter, masseur, tour guide, and anything else on request. Other things to note Upon request, we organize breakfast or any kind of meal for our guests under the beautiful porch or in the garden; guests also have the possibility to buy fresh bakery products - the local baker comes to the property each morning. We are also happy to give indications regarding hiking routes, or book for you MTB or e-bikes at the local rent-a-bike shop. Please note that In winter time and colder periods guests are asked to pay additional cost for heating gas. Owners live in the property in a separate cottage with private entrance.
