Upon request, a personal check-in is also available; however, for operational reasons, a specific time must be arranged in advance. As soon as you have completed your booking, you will receive your personal access code in good time. This code is exclusive to you and remains valid only for the duration of your stay. You can use this code to enter the building at any time. For your apartment door, you will use a standard key. Upon your arrival, you will find this key inserted in the lock of your apartment's front door; please leave it there again when you check out.
