A true haven of peace, completely renovated while respecting the traditional architecture, this spacious and bright 50 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. The space The Living Space Let yourself be charmed by the large living room, the beating heart of the accommodation. Its high mansard ceilings and exposed wooden beams create a unique, relaxing atmosphere. The living room, with its two sofas, is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped for your meals: oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) are at your disposal. A friendly dining room completes this space. L'Espace Nuit The bedroom, nestled on the mezzanine, is a true haven. It features a 160-cm double bed for restful nights and two single beds, ideal for children or friends. 2 single sofa beds (80x175 cm) are also available in the living room. Comfort and Amenities For your convenience, the accommodation is equipped with a TV. You will have a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine is also available in the common areas. Common spaces Beyond your private home, you'll have access to a large glass room, a friendly common area where you can relax around a pool table, enjoy the games area or get away with a book from the library. Exterior The large wooded garden is an invitation to relax. You can take advantage of the swimming pool, shared with the owners and the tenants of the second accommodation if it is also rented, to cool off on sunny days. Open June, July, August (depending on the weather) The Environment Located in the countryside, our accommodation offers you a relaxing escape while remaining close to local attractions. For bike lovers or just for beautiful walking tours, the house is just 100 meters from the Canal de la Marne au Rhin bike path. A children's playground and bocce court are located right across the house. In addition, you will be only 30 minutes from Strasbourg, which will allow you to easily enjoy the charms of the Alsatian capital. Guest access The accommodation is accessible 24 hours a day thanks to a key box. The accommodation and the facilities must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Other things to note No smoking allowed in the accommodation. The garden is shared with the owners, so the pool is not private! The pool is not heated. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the weather or water quality indicators, the owner may close the pool for health reasons.
