Tucked within the Buckinghamshire countryside, Dusk is a luxury cabin for 2 designed for rest and relaxation. The brightest and most light-filled of our cabins, it features a king-size bed, calming interiors, a log burner and a fully equipped kitchen with a Wonder Oven. Large patio doors open from the living and bedroom, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. Soak in the handcrafted copper bath and unwind around the fire pit. The space Each cabin has been thoughtfully designed to help you switch off and reconnect with nature, while enjoying all the comforts of a luxury countryside escape. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with a cosy log burner, comfortable seating, fold-away dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a compact Wonder Oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to cook during your stay. We also provide a selection of everyday essentials, including Nespresso coffee pods (regular and decaf), instant coffee, English Breakfast and herbal teas, sugar, honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a selection of herbs. During the growing season, you're also welcome to pick fresh herbs from our shared herb garden. The bedroom features a king-size ottoman storage bed, wardrobe with robes and slippers, a full-length mirror and thoughtful finishing touches throughout. The bathroom includes a rainfall shower, vanity unit. mirror, fresh towels, hairdryer and complimentary Wildsmith toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body lotion). Outside, you'll have your own private, secluded outdoor space featuring a handcrafted outdoor bath, a fire pit with cosy seating, a cast iron grill and hot plate for outdoor cooking, plus an outdoor dining area. Every element has been thoughtfully positioned to maximise privacy, ensuring your outdoor space isn't overlooked. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll have the opportunity to personalise your stay with a range of optional extras, including Fire & Feast Pizza Night, breakfast hampers, locally sourced supper boxes, private sauna sessions and treatments at Wild Rituals Spa (coming soon). Extras can be added up to 2 days before arrival. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of their private cabin and outdoor space throughout their stay, including the outdoor bath and fire pit. Our panoramic countryside sauna is available to book as an optional extra (£40 per hour). Sessions must be pre-booked before your stay and are subject to availability. Free on-site parking and self check-in are included, allowing you to arrive whenever suits you after check-in opens. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive an email containing your unique QR code, which provides access through the main entrance gate for the duration of your stay. Other things to note • The Wild Root is an adults-only retreat. • There are three cabins on site, but each has its own private, secluded outdoor space. Thoughtfully positioned to maximise privacy, you'll be able to relax in your outdoor bath and around the fire pit without feeling overlooked. • The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring induction hob and compact Wonder Oven, which bakes, roasts, grills, air fries and reheats. While incredibly versatile, it is smaller than a conventional oven. • The Ooni pizza oven is available exclusively as part of our Fire & Feast Pizza Night package and isn't available for general guest use. • Private sauna sessions (£40 per hour) must be pre-booked before your stay and are subject to availability. • Looking to make your stay extra special? We offer a range of optional extras, including Fire & Feast Pizza Night, breakfast hampers, locally sourced supper boxes, celebration packages and (coming soon) Wild Rituals Spa treatments. These can be added to your booking up to 2 days before arrival. • As we're surrounded by nature, you may occasionally encounter wildlife and insects, particularly during the warmer months. • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, although mobile signal can vary depending on your network. • Free on-site parking is available for one car per cabin. • Self check-in is from 4:00pm, with check-out by 10:00am. If you'd like a little longer to enjoy your stay, early arrival and slow departure options may be available to add after booking, subject to availability.
