Outside, look forward to exploring 100 acres of beautiful paddocks with grazing horses and using our private 1km track for scenic walks or runs. Guest access You will have exclusive, private access to the entire renovated farmhouse and its immediate gardens. Guests are also welcome to utilize the private 1km horse riding and exercise track. Please note that while you can admire our horses from the fence lines, the individual livestock paddocks themselves are restricted for safety reasons. Feel free to BYO horse on float, make use of our stables or private paddock and race track during your stay. Other things to note As a true 100-acre country farm property located near the coast, you will experience authentic rural sounds and wildlife. Please ensure children and pets are supervised around fence boundaries near the highway. The property utilises a safe tank-water system and septic system, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage.
