A setting created for complete relaxation. The space IoMi Terra & Mare is a beachfront residence built literally by the water, set within a private estate of approximately 2,000 sq.m. Here, the experience of the sea begins the moment you open the door: the sound of the waves, the open view over the Corinthian Gulf, and the expansive green garden create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and privacy. A home created for those seeking tranquility, authenticity, and the true feeling of the Greek summer. The architecture of the house is inspired by traditional Tuscan residences, combining natural stone, wood, and earthy tones that bring warmth, authenticity, and understated elegance. The house blends comfort with character, offering an atmosphere reminiscent of Mediterranean countryside living by the sea. The property features 3 bedrooms, all located on the upper floor together with the main bathroom, while the ground floor hosts the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a WC. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air-conditioning unit and ceiling fan. The ground floor area is not air-conditioned. The garden, is almost entirely covered with lawn. At the edge of the property, the garden meets the sea, where through a private sliding gate and just three steps down, guests have direct access to the beach. Right next to the beach gate, within the property, there is an outdoor fresh-water shower for the exclusive use of guests. The sea in front of the house is relatively shallow at first and gradually deepens. Like most beaches in the area, it is covered with pebbles and, depending on the season, sea urchins may occasionally be present. One of the highlights of the property is the covered outdoor wooden dining area, framed by distinctive stone arches and overlooking both the garden and the sea. It is the place where family and friends naturally gather and spend most of their time together.
