This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the Arte Nova Resort, in the village of Fuseta, east of Olhão. Relatively unspoilt, the town offers plenty of open-air restaurants serving grilled fresh fish at the side of the small harbour and unique experiences like seeing fisherman loading or unloading their boats for the day. Apart from the various local supermarkets throughout the, the market located near the harbour also offers a huge variety of local and fresh products, including fish and seafood. The space Very spacious and comfortably furnished, the apartment sleeps four and features an open space area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a bright living / dining room with a privileged view of the sea and of the Ria Formosa lagoon. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom also with shower is located in the hallway. Guest access With a southward orientation, the apartment offers a wide balcony with table and chairs with great sun exposure most of the day and a spectacular water view where you can admire a marvellous sunset. It is ideal for year-round occupation. Two bicycles are available in the apartment for guests’ use free of charge. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as International TV channels and free wifi. Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of € 6,00 each and the payment is due on arrival in cash. It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. Due to its location and for an enjoyable stay, it is highly recommended to have a car. Parking is available in front of the apartment’s block entrance. Other things to note - The departure cleaning service on the amount of € 80,00 is mandatory and will be charged upon arrival in cash; - Beach / Pool towels are provided at a surcharge of € 6,00 each and payment is due on arrival in cash; - The security/damage deposit of € 250,00 is required on arrival and will be collected by credit card (the refund is subject to inspection of the property and will be made in full after check-out if no damage is found - up to 14 days); - A late check-in fee will be charged locally: from 20h00 to 22h00 on the amount of € 30,00; from 22h00 to 24h00 on the amount of € 50,00; after 24h00 on the amount of € 70,00. - Presentation of valid documentation of all guests on arrival; - Quiet time from 23h00 to 07h00.
