A rustic house with fantastic nature! Welcome to our Torp, here you can stay a little secluded and private and enjoy bird song with the sea as a neighbor. Take a short walk through the woods to our jetty for some coffee or something refreshing to drink, why not borrow the bikes to take a swim in the ocean? Our favorite thing to do is to cook good food together and enjoy it on the terrace and look out over the forest & sea while the kids can play in the garden with exciting toys. Instagram: villa.bestcoast_sweden The space The house consists of a beautiful rural kitchen that is richly equipped, with fine details if you like interior design, and appliances from SMEG for pleasant cooking. There is also a fully glazed patio door out to the terrace, where you can barbecue or eat together with friends & family. There are also various exercise equipment available, such as battle ropes, dumbbells up to 19 kg, jump ropes and beautiful nature to exercise around, and then finish the workout with a lovely refreshing sauna? *Electricity and firewood are included in the stay. *Fast charger for electric car with charging cable (5 meters) PHASE 2 connection. Price €30/week Notify before arrival if you wish to buy charging, and you will receive a personal blip that you activate the charger with. *If you like music, there is a nice speaker from the Bose series, which is of high quality and is portable within the house/terrace. *The living room consists of a sofa bed and two armchairs with a table, 43” smart TV with access to Netflix where you can watch movies/series in most languages. The entrance/hallway leads to the bedroom where a new comfortable double bed (160 cm) is available. What separates the bedroom and the living room is a sliding door. There is also a slatted bed and lamp, and a brand new air heat pump is installed for heating in winter and AC in summer, free of charge. The bathroom has everything you need as well as a changing table for babies. The basement offers a new sauna as well as washing machine & dryer, freezer and a few different summer games etc. on the play shelf. The guest house offers two beds in the form of a bunk bed. The property is cozy and family-friendly for play & fun. *Fishing boat in Aluminum with room for max 3 people available to rent 330cm *120cm *SEK 700/week (EUR 70) with oars and life jackets 1300 SEK (130 euros) with electric motor & battery. *Electric car for children is available to borrow >>NEW IN SPRING 2023<< For the slightly older children between 5-13 years, there is a small adventure track to drive on with a battery-powered off-road jeep from Peg Perego that can be driven in two speeds 5 or 10 km/h. The car is quiet and easily charged at night 6-8 hours of charging time and has a driving time of about 1 hour per charge, helmets are available to borrow, this will be the children's favorite🏎. Guest access the whole house is available, as well as the basement where the washing machine & dryer and sauna are located. The guest house will also be at your disposal with 2 beds. The dock may be used, we are 4 households that share this right. The jetty is not suitable for swimming, as the bottom is made of stone & gravel/sand Other things to note Here you live quite separately from neighbors & traffic... there are bicycles & a good fishing rod to borrow, as it is not so far to swimming & fishing from the house. There is also a good gas grill available that is included in the price. You should be economical with the water, as the water level is low on Tjörn. Bed linens & shower towels and toilet paper are also included. Also includes detergent. The water is approved for drinking, there is documentation on this.
