The Garden Flat - Luxury double Cotswold apartment

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds with stunning views from every window. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. A large patio area with barbecue with table & chairs and stunning views across the valley & sunsets. The space The flat has a large, light, airy & comfortable sitting room with lovely Cotswold views, and there is large smart TV. There are local maps and guides available for walks or cycle rides & other tourist attractions and an Ordnance Survey map on the wall in the kitchen area. The double bedroom is accessed via old French shutter doors and has a large wardrobe and drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/bath plus basin and loo. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, double hob, sink, fridge with small freeszer section & microwave + kettle, toaster etc. We leave you a DIY breakfast with tea/coffee/milk/bread/cereal etc plus fresh eggs from our own free range chickens. If you want us to get in any shopping in advance of your trip just give us a call and it will be left ready for you. No need to bring any toiletries or towels as they are provided but please let us know if you would prefer to use your own & we will remove ours. There's a barbecue on the terrace but guests would need to provide their own charcoal. The property is NOT suitable for children but please do ask re babes in arms. Please note that we do the cleaning and turn-round ourselves and do our absolute best but we are NOT cleaning to a hospital, clinical level & the odd cobweb might be missed!!
