The ideal spot for a break or the relaxing evening after work. The location of our apartments is ideal for relaxing while the Spree noise or discovering downtown Bautzen. The river flows right outside the window and to the shopping center/city center is only 400m. The space The apartment is equipped with all amenities to spend a nice time with us. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed 180x200cm (with separate mattresses). In the living room is a 49" flat screen TV with satellite connection and a comfortable sofa (with sleeping function, 140x200cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. In addition to the stove and refrigerator, the spacious kitchen also includes an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine (pads, Nespresso), microwave and a dining table for up to 4 people. A basic set of shower gel, soap, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and tea is available. The fast Wi-Fi connection is also included. Check-in is easy with us. You will receive the code to access the apartment by mail or SMS. So you can easily check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, without waiting for someone or finding the right person. Check-out should be done by 11am on the day of departure. If you would like to check out later, please feel free to ask. The nearest food markets (Netto, Aldi, Diska, Edeka) are also only about 700 m away. So ideal to take care of yourself for longer stays. Parking is available right on the street outside the house. These are free of charge on Dresdener Straße and from the afternoon usually without any problems. Before your arrival, please send us an email, which we can fulfill for you, for example, if you need the following: iron and ironing board, baby cot, high chair, toilet child attachment, rental bikes.
