The 60 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove with ceramic hob, large oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, coffee maker,, kettle, food processor and sufficient dishes and cutlery. We are open-minded seniors and allow a quiet stay in our house. Heidelberg is 14 km away and is easily accessible by public transport. The space This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. In the hallway, living room and bedroom, the flooring is made of natural wood parquet, which is oiled and waxed and has just been freshly refurbished. Linoleum is laid in the kitchen. The bedroom furniture is partially solid and gives the room a cozy atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a large dining table and a very large living area. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV, a stereo system and a selection of books and board games are available for use. In the warm season, a large terrace with views of the unspoiled nature is available for exclusive use. The terrace is equipped with a table, several chairs with cushions and an umbrella. The whole apartment is lovingly furnished with small details that radiate a cozy atmosphere. For guests staying 2 weeks or more, a washing machine and dryer can be provided for a fee.
