Perched in the beautiful Perth hills, this stylish 3 bedroom retreat combines sweeping city, bushland and airport views with all the creature comforts to immerse yourself in the idyllic hills lifestyle. Sit back, relax and watch the sunset fade into twinkling city lights. The space The home is thoughtfully designed across two levels, offering plenty of space for families or groups. Upstairs, you'll have access to three comfortable bedrooms when booking for 2-6 guests plus an additional living area with a queen Ecosa sofa bed when booking for 8 guests. The main bedroom is a true highlight, featuring a private ensuite and balcony with a daybed, perfect for relaxing whilst taking in the views. A second full bathroom services the remaining bedrooms with an additional powder room toilet located downstairs for convenience. Downstairs offers a bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area all designed to take in the stunning views. From here step out onto the balcony equipped with a BBQ, lounge seating and bar table ideal for nibbles and meals whilst unwinding in the fresh hills air. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide children's plates and cutlery for younger guests. A highchair is available on request. For year round comfort there is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning upstairs and a reverse air split system downstairs. Guests are also welcome to use the fully equipped laundry which includes a washer, dryer and full clothes line outside. The backyard is accessible from the second story or via stairs along the side of the house. Here you will find a beautiful outdoor decking area with comfortable lounge seating. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, especially our resident quenda's and possum's. Guest access Access to the property is via a steep driveway with space to turn around at the top. There are two undercover car bays available, with space for a third vehicle. Additional parking can be found at the bottom of the driveway if required. We apologise, due to the split level design and stair only access to the house, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Other things to note Please note that sheds, the storage structure at the top of the property and designated locked storage areas both inside and outside are not available for guest use.
