Domek Sienna 1a is located in the charming village of Sienna in the municipality of Stronie Śląskie, 2 km from the Czarna Góra ski resort. Domek Sienna 1a is a house with a preserved soul. We want it to be rural and magical. The house is only 120 years old. If you want to feel the warmth of a real home, do not wait and write to us! The space Domek Sienna 1a - is an ideal proposition for people who love winter sports, only 5 minutes by car from the Czarna Góra ski resort and for lovers of cycling. On warmer days, it is an ideal place to relax and feast. We have a place for a bonfire, a fireplace and an outdoor private spa. The entire plot is fenced. A mountain stream runs along the plot, and directly from the plot we have a view of a beautiful forest - just cross the footbridge and you can walk! Guest access The cottage is adapted to accommodate 10 people - (for more people it is possible to add extra beds for up to 12 people for an additional fee). The entire 110 sq meters is at your disposal. The cottage consists of: - a five-person room - a 4-bed room - a double room - kitchen with a preserved tiled stove - a room with a fireplace - a heated porch (bike storage possible) - bathroom - toilet and ski room. In the kitchen there is a preserved tiled stove on which you can cook a delicious dinner, in addition we have an induction hob. The kitchen has all the appliances, plus a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea and basic spices. For our youngest guests, we have prepared a play area and many board games, and for the older ones, a ping pong table, darts, playstation, board games and a large selection of books in the library. Outside the house there is a barbecue shed, fireplace, fire pit and garden tableware. In addition, there is a playground and a hammock for children. On the plot there is also an outdoor hot tub for 8 people and a sauna - attractions for an additional fee, all for exclusive use. The cost of the hot tub is PLN 250 (an evening of about 6 hours, always fresh water). The cost of the sauna is 1h 200 PLN, another 100 PLN. There is a private monitored parking lot for 3-4 cars at the house Pets are welcome in our house, for each pet there is an additional fee of PLN 20/day - please inform us in advance. Additionally: it is possible to order a basket with regional products. Other things to note Important notes: WINTER SEASON You have to light the fire in the fireplace yourself, on the day of arrival the fireplace is lit. Wood is prepared for guests in the house. In addition, the house also has electric underfloor heating and heating panels in each room.
