Charming small house with a panoramic view unique and unforgettable place in a natural park overlooking a creek Unesco world heritage site. Newly built, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committing to follow advanced cleaning and disinfection protocols approved by regulatory authorities. We have relied on the VERANO CLEANING COMPANY, a specialized company that has products, equipment and technical skills to perform professional sanitization. The location is spectacular. Our house is located in a village built above the sea in a natural park overlooking a cove declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The whole village is characterized by a unique panoramic view but, in particular, our home is located in a privileged position (high, opposite the sea and with no other houses in front). The villa is one of the largest in the village as it has one more bedroom than the standard ones. It overlooks two sides of the village and the garden, located inland, offers a chance to relax. And for the lazy people? If you don't want to cook ..... you can enjoy delicious local restaurants located nearby the village. What's better than a swim in the pool or the awakening of a dip in fresh water at sunset, perhaps after a long and wonderful day at sea. You will not have to go far to everything the swimming pool will be at your disposal. Mum Dad and two wonderful children. This is our family. Obviously you will not find us on the spot during your vacation, but Mrs. Giulia will welcome you, will provide you with the first indications and will accompany you in our/your house. Nebida is the Pearl of the Gulf of Lion and offers seas, mountains and mines. It can be reached along a suggestive road overlooking the sea, full of beaches and coves, dominated by 5 imposing sea stacks of which the most famous is the "Pan di Zucchero". My wife and I happened almost accidentally in this corner of paradise and it was a real blow of lightning. The breathtaking sea view and the wild and uncontaminated landscape combined with the evocative colors of the sunset made us immediately understand that it was the right place to spend the holidays with our children. Nebida is a small former mining village, in the municipality of Iglesias, in Sulcis-Iglesias, on the southwest coast of Sardinia. It is situated 70 km from Cagliari and 14 Km from Iglesias. There are nearly 1.000 inhabitants. The village of Nebida is served by a pharmacy, a medical clinic, bars, pizzerias, butcher shops, supermarkets and public transport. The coast of Nebida is one of the most fascinating landscapes of Sardinia. Only for the presence of 5 sea stacks that rise from the sea impressive: • rock the Dead; • rock of Portu Nebida also called "the ship" because of its shape reminiscent of the type of vessel; • the two stacks S'Agusteri; • the majestic and famous Pan di Zucchero, which with its 133 meters high is the highest cliff in Europe. In addition to numerous coves and pure clear water, annually besieged by thousands of swimmers, the coast of Nebida and its stunning cliffs are a reference point for lovers and practitioners of free-climbing.
