The space This beautiful family home seamlessly blends original character with contemporary style. Stone floors and two wood burners sit alongside a stunning new open plan kitchen diner, creating a warm and welcoming space that is perfect for gathering together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need — a range oven, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, air fryer and Nespresso machine — and yes, even Champagne flutes for those special occasions! A separate pantry provides a great space to store your groceries and houses the washer dryer, keeping the kitchen clear and uncluttered. The spacious open plan layout flows naturally between cooking, dining and relaxing, giving guests plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Four generous double bedrooms provide comfortable, stylish accommodation for all guests. One bedroom benefits from its own ensuite featuring a bath with overhead shower, whilst a further family bathroom features a separate bath and shower. Fast WiFi throughout ensures you stay connected, whilst two separate sitting rooms with wood burners offer the perfect retreat for quieter moments. Outside, the large walled garden is a wonderful entertaining space — featuring a seating area, BBQ and chiminea, dressed with bunting and lights. Outside power is available for a speaker, so feel free to bring your own and set the perfect atmosphere for those long summer evenings. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the accommodation and grounds shown in the listing during their stay. The areas available to guests are completely self-contained, and no other guests or occupants will be on site during your stay, ensuring complete privacy and exclusive use of the property and garden. Full check-in details will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note This is a historic property dating back to around 1900 and was originally four cottages, so some areas may feature uneven floors, steps and character features typical of a period home. The property is larger than the accommodation offered to guests. Certain private areas will be closed off and are not included in the rental, but guests will have exclusive use of all advertised accommodation and grounds. No other guests or occupants will be on site during your stay. Wood is provided for the wood burners for your arrival. Additional supplies can be purchased locally if required. The garden is enclosed and ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Children should be supervised at all times, particularly when using the BBQ, chiminea or wood burners. We ask guests to respect our neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level, especially during the evening. Camp bed and Cot available if requested before arrival. As this is a family home, we kindly ask guests to treat the property with the same care and respect they would their own.
