A delightful barn conversion

Set in the gardens of our 17th Century house, we are offering you a well designed barn conversion which is spacious and light. We are situated in the pretty rural village of Shabbington, just outside the market town of Thame, and surrounded by the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire countryside. We are ideally placed for those wishing to visit local attractions such as Bicester Village, Oxford, Waddesdon Manor and Blenheim Palace. The space The barn consists of an open plan sitting room/dining room and kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom (it is restricted height) with a kingsize double bed and a large shower room. It is equipped with a 55inch Smart TV (Netflix/Amazon Prime), free Wifi, Sonos sound bar and pool/dining table. There is underfloor heating throughout as well as a wood burner (logs supplied at a charge) for cold winter days and evenings. The barn is also fully air conditioned. The Kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, toaster, kettle, microwave and a nespresso machine. We offer a simple breakfast consisting of a selection of cereals, coffee and tea. There is an outside patio area with a large corner sofa for sitting in the sun. Guest access The barn is at the rear of our garden and can be accessed separately at the side of our house, across the lawn. There is plenty of parking outside on the road and the barn has its own self check-in lockbox. Other things to note None at present
