Welcome to Plas Bach, our charming self-contained one-bedroom garden annexe, tucked away in its own corner of the garden of our home in Prestatyn, North Wales. Plas Bach Annexe offers comfortable, fully insulated open-plan accommodation and is ideal for workers, couples, solo travellers or one child families looking to explore Prestatyn and our beautiful North Wales coast. Dogs and pets are not permitted due to allergies I’m afraid. No smoking/vaping inside the annexe. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this newly completed accommodation offers a cosy open-plan space ideal for couples, solo travellers, and small families looking to explore the coast and surrounding countryside. Plas Bach features an open-plan layout combining a comfortable living area, kitchenette, sleeping area and private en-suite shower room. The living space includes: * Comfortable seating * Truflame electric fire * 40” Smart TV * Free WiFi * Alexa * EE television package including Sky Sports and TNT Sports The fully equipped kitchenette includes: * Fridge with small freezer compartment * Microwave * Air fryer with separate oven section * Kettle and toaster * L-shaped breakfast/dining bar * Everything needed for self-catering stays Separate washing and drying facilities are also available for guests if required. Enjoy: * Comfortable rattan seating * Flowering garden surroundings * Bird bath and feeder * Sunny afternoons and beautiful evening sunsets Families Welcome Plas Bach is generally suited to up to 2 guests, however we are happy to accommodate: * One child under 12 with a single under-bed and bedding provided * Babies under 2, with travel cot, bedding and high chair available on request Important Information * No dogs or pets (due to allergies) * Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the annexe * Access is via a path alongside our house with a small number of low-level steps * Entry is by secure key safe * Free roadside parking is available on our quiet residential road Check-in & Check-out * Check-in: 3:00pm – 8:00pm (Later arrivals may be possible by prior arrangement) * Check-out: By 10:30am To welcome you, complimentary morning pastries for your first breakfast, plus tea, coffee and fresh milk, will be waiting on arrival. For an extra special stay, we are also happy to arrange: * Afternoon tea on arrival * A chilled bottle of Prosecco (Please message in advance to arrange.) * BBQ and utensils * His and hers bikes to use Location Plas Bach enjoys a fantastic location just under 5 minutes’ walk from Prestatyn town centre, where you’ll find a mix of independent shops, popular high street stores and supermarkets. The town offers a wide range of cafés, traditional pubs and restaurants serving Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and pizza cuisine. You’ll also be close to: * Barkby Beach – beautiful award-winning sandy coastline (approx. 15-minute walk) * Offa’s Dyke Path start/end point * Rhyl – approx. 15 minutes by car * Llandudno – approx. 35 minutes * Conwy – approx. 45 minutes * Chester, Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks – approx. 40 minutes Bus and train links are also within easy walking distance (approximately 5–10 minutes), making Plas Bach a great base whether travelling by car or public transport. There a few low level steps on the path up and one step onto your deck. Your own garden is accessed from the French doors opening and 2 steps up. Keysafe next to the annexe and car parking is on the quiet road outside. Other things to note We are a maximum of 3 guests - but maximum 2 adults and one child under 12. We do not accept 3 adults I’m afraid. No pets or dogs permitted.
