Brand New Renovated Home in PEC and surrounded by wineries and beaches. Beautiful modern fully furnished home, The JamesEvan features three bedrooms, two bathroom with open concept living space, including fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Large patio deck with fire pit. This home is close to all wineries & restaurants. The space Please note - The calendar is open only 6 months in advance, so the date you maybe looking for may not be available yet. You can make a request if needed. "The JamesEvan" is NOT available for 1 night rental. During June, July, August & September as well as long weekends, ALL CHECK-IN's MUST BE ON A FRIDAY (or an earlier weekday start) to have the weekend. Please note - The calendar is open only 6 months in advance, so the date you maybe looking for may not be available yet. You can make a request if needed. Christmas Bookings is a MINIMUM 3 Night Stay - Dec 23, 24, 25, 26. Sorry no check in on Dec 24, 25 or 26. During the winter months: If you are staying at the property we ask you kindly to shovel the front porch, walk way and stairs. Otherwise it will freeze and you may slip and fall down. This also prevents the snow from freezing making it impossible to maintain. You do not need to do the driveway. Thank you. ALL LONGWEEKENDS ARE A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY including the Friday. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $2000 Strict – Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We are following the provincial guidelines for COVID. If the government implements a no travel ban with STA (short term accommodation) as they did in the spring, we would abide by the rules if your dates apply. I would recommend that whoever you decide as your guests, that you are comfortable within your bubble. Guest access Spacious open plan living space: Includes fully equipped kitchen (w/ fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig machine (please bring your own pods), blender, toaster, glassware, plates, cutlery, utensils etc), breakfast bar, dining area (accommodate up to 6 guests), seating area, with Smart TV (Netflix,Amazon Prime etc..). The large patio deck leads out to back yard, complete with dining area, BBQ, hot tub + fire pit. The house sits on 1.5 acres of land, plenty of space to toss a frisbee, play Bocce ball and enjoy some yoga. Other things to note - No Animals/Pets allowed! No exceptions! - No smoking or drugs of any kind including marijuana/cannabis. - No parties or loud music will be tolerated - Guests violating the rules will be asked to leave and payment will not be returned - Good clean fun is welcome! - Fire pit must be used at the Guest's own risk. Fire regulations of the County must be adhered to. Absolutely no burning when there is a Fire Ban on. Our home uses a septic system, please do NOT flush any: paper towels; sanitary products; tissues; hair; baby wipes; diapers; intimacy products; hygiene products (including hair products, toothpaste and dental floss, etc.); or any other objects or products unless it is human waste or toilet paper. The same thing goes for food in the kitchen sink. Please use the food trap in the sink stopper at all times and empty it in to the garbages provided. Septic systems are a finely tuned waste system and don’t operate well when anything other than human waste and toilet paper are used in it. So please, place all of the above items listed in the garbages provided. I hate to harp on such a delicate and sensitive matter; but we have had issues in the past by careless house guests who were unable to follow these simple rules. If the toilets back up or become clogged due to mis-use, we will regrettably be forced to pass along all charges for the plumber’s time, parts and services to restore the system. Video Surveillance: - This property has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of our home for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
