Our House: over 200m2 of living pleasure Quietly located house on the outskirts of Sevenig. Only 3 km from the tri-border point with Luxembourg and Belgium on the beautiful Ourdal. The house has a large living room with wood-burning stove and a spacious fully equipped dining kitchen. Large relaxation and sports room with sauna, table tennis table, pool table, dart board and plenty of board games, and a shuffleboard and television plus WiFi. Experience the tranquility of the Naturpark Südeifel and the house with its many extras. The space The spacious house is easily accessible. The sauna/fitness play area is on the ground floor with the (second) bathroom with ligand and rain shower. The house has 3 gardens and terraces. The garden on the right is lockable. In the cozy Cabana next to the house, there is a dartboard and you can relax there with views over the valley. Guest access Parking spaces are fully available on either side of the house on private property. Other things to note In the Summer Holiday (07-10 to 08-24) to be rented per week, and the Christmas Holiday in the blocks from December 24 to December 30 and December 30 or 31 to January 5-7. For groceries, you can go to Daleiden (8 km) or Arzfeld (10 km). Also visit Weiswampach/Wemperhardt (Luxembourg 12km) or Huldange (20km) with its huge shopping mall and immediately fill your tank with cheap fuel. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 dogs. We do ask for a standard 20 euro extra cleaning fee. Dogs are not allowed on the couches and are only welcome on the ground floor. In case of absence, do not leave dogs in the garden due to nuisance for the village in case they bark. Doctor and pharmacy are both in Arzfeld, 10 minutes away by car. The nearest hospital is in Prüm.
