The space What makes it stand out is the combination: Close to Malaga city, airport and beaches, the villa sits in truly rural, private, and completely unspoiled surroundings, with walking trails leading straight out from the door, set against breathtaking views of hills and groves stretching uninterrupted in every direction. And yet, unlike the typical rustic finca, the interior brings a distinctly modern touch — contemporary furniture and comfort with thoughtful amenities including air conditioning throughout, a Sonos sound system, reliable wifi, and a heated pool with stylish teak deck furniture — so the experience is as comfortable as it is peaceful. On clear days, the view stretches well beyond the immediate hills — look between the mountain peaks toward the coast and you can catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance, a nice reminder of how close the Mediterranean really is despite the quiet, inland feel. Exterior & Grounds The house is finished in traditional white render with terracotta roof tiles, exposed brick and stone detailing, and wrought-iron window grilles. A rooftop terrace with a pergola sits above several covered terrace areas, furnished with stylish modern teak seating and dining sets, and the grounds are planted with olive, cypress, palm, and citrus trees alongside agave, cacti, and bougainvillea for colour. The heated swimming pool(*) is the centrepiece of the outdoor space — usable well outside of peak summer — with a tiled surround, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered poolside structure for shade. Music carries easily from a lounge session by the water to a dinner on the terrace. Tucked into the garden, a separate brick-built pergola with fixed stone seating offers a quieter shaded corner, and there's an additional outdoor dining set positioned in a planted part of the garden for guests who want a change of scene.
