Quinta Alegria, situated in Vale Maceira, Alfeizerão, is a cosy and rustic villa with two floors that has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Spacious and comfortable, it offers the ideal setting for relaxing with family or friends. The cosy outdoor patio with a dining table is perfect for enjoying peaceful moments in the open air, in a quiet area near Nazaré. Garden maintenance takes place on the first and third Mondays of each month between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. The space GROUND FLOOR: ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM & PATIO These are open-plan and have direct access to the patio.  The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, gas hob, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer and an island with four chairs and four stools. The living area features two sofas, a coffee table and a television. Patio: Equipped with outdoor furniture, barbacue and it features a dining table with six chairs. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM Bedroom 1: With a double bed, this bedroom features two bedside tables with lighting, an open wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bed linen and towels included. Bathroom: Features a bath, bidet, toilet, washbasin with mirror and storage unit. FIRST FLOOR: ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS BEDROOMS & BATHROOM  Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a bedside table with a lighting and an open wardrobe. Bed linen and towels included. Bedroom 3: Features a double bed, a bedside table with a lighting and an open wardrobe. Bed linen and towels included. Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, two bedside tables with lighting and an open wardrobe. Bed linen and towels included. Bathroom: Features a bath, toilet, bidet and washbasin with mirror and storage cupboard. Guest access Guests have access to all the areas advertised for the period of their stay. The accommodation is a two-floor house with a private entrance from the street, including the ground floor and the first floor, with access via stairs. Other things to note Garden maintenance takes place on the first and third Mondays of each month between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Crib available, upon prior request, at an additional cost of €10 per night, bed linen and baby high chair included. Once the reservation has been confirmed, all guests must fill in an identification form, in accordance with Portuguese law. Check-in will only be possible once this form has been sent in full.
