Amman – Studio with terrace in the heart of Auvers

Welcome to Auvers-sur-Oise, a place of exchange and recreation, and a source of inspiration for the greatest Impressionist painters. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse that allows you to enjoy a furnished terrace and enjoy a quiet country setting. Close to the city's cultural attractions, it is about 25 m2 and includes an equipped kitchen open to the living area, and a bathroom with toilet. The space The Amman studio offers 25 m2 of surface area. Past the entrance, you will discover the living room open to the fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, washing machine). The bathroom is nestled at the back of the apartment and reveals a pretty white stone wall. NUXE shower gel is provided for your stay. Recently renovated and equipped, furnished and carefully decorated, it has a green terrace and opens onto the garden, where you can enjoy your meals. The accuracy of its tones, the light oak flooring and the detail of the finishes make it a distinguished place with a warm atmosphere and varied influences. Perfect for a relaxing and charming stay. The geographical location facilitates all getaways around the Vexin Regional Natural Park, but also around Paris. The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Guest access The studio is located on the ground floor. An entrance hall allows access to the apartment on the left, then access to a floor. The latter is not part of the rental. We will welcome you personally upon check-in. If not, self-access has been set up and you'll receive all instructions the day before you arrive. Other things to note A coffee-tea area is at your disposal: Nespresso Dolce Gusto machine. Coffee and tea pods are provided for your first night. Pets are allowed subject to good behavior ;-) Our two cats are present and circulate in the garden. Possibility ON REQUEST at least 48 hours in advance to order a cheese-cold meat and wine platter. The price will be communicated at the time of booking and payment will be made at the time of your arrival.
