Room Allocation: 15-20 guests: Main Villa with 2 bedrooms (1 room is with 3 Bunk Beds, 3 Pull-out Beds; 1room with 1 bunk bed, 1 Pull out bed and 1 Queen-size bed ) and living room. 21–30 guests: All 3 bedrooms are opened. The space Haraya Uno is a private exclusive villa designed for family getaways, reunions, and celebrations. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, dining area, living spaces, videoke, Wi-Fi, and parking. The property features a Private Villa and a Main Villa, with bedrooms prepared based on your group size to ensure a comfortable stay while keeping the entire property exclusively reserved for your group. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, dining area, living room, garden, parking, and all outdoor spaces. Bedroom access is prepared based on the number of registered guests. Additional bedrooms are opened according to your group size, but no other guests will share the property during your stay. Other things to note HARAYA UNO - BOLOSAN SAN CARLOS By proceeding with this booking, the guest agrees to the following: Full Payment Policy Upon Check-in For security, accountability, and proper payment verification purposes, Haraya Uno and Haraya Dos do not accept cash as full settlement upon check-in. All remaining balances must be settled prior to or upon arrival through approved cashless payment channels such as GCash or bank transfer only. Housekeeping is not available at all times. As this is a private resort, guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay. Standard check-in and check-out times will be provided upon booking. Please strictly follow the schedule to avoid additional charges. Guests are allowed to bring their own food and beverages, no corkage fee. Basic cooking equipment is available. Guests are responsible for proper use and cleaning after use. No cooking charg for electric induction while soft launch promo is ongoing. For gas usage, there is a fee of 700. There will be a caretaker available for assistance, but services are limited compared to hotels. Pets are allowed since all packages are exclusive. Music is allowed within reasonable hour which is until 10pm per Barangay Ordinance. No towels and toiletries are provided. It is recommended to bring personal items. Any damages, breakages, stains, or loss of resort property (including linens, furniture, appliances, keys, and remotes) will be charged to the guest. Cost may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately if exceeding the deposit amount. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required. Proper swimwear is required. Swim diapers are required for young swimmers. There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk. In cases of natural calamities (such as typhoons, floods, or other force majeure events declared by authorities), bookings may be rescheduled or refunded depending on availability and management assessment. A P2,000.00 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. Such deposit will be subject to valid deduction such as additional person, purchases, damages, or any extra fees availed by the guest. If no fee is subject to charge, the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours upon check out. Extra Person Fee: P400/pax (no bed included) Visitor's Fee: P200/pax (visitors are not allowed to stay overnight) Children 7 years old are FREE while those 8 years old above are already considered as paying adults.
