Welcome to our lovely guest house in a fantastic setting right by the Dalälven River. The accommodation is located 9 km from Avesta city center, where Avesta Gallerian with shopping and restaurants is located. The cottage is located on a shared farm with nice landlords. The space Listing -40m2 -Out site -Terrass -Bedroom with bunk bed for 2 -Nice bathroom with toilet/shower -Sofa bed for 2 people - TV, Wi-Fi, Chromecast - Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, etc. -Dishwasher - Smoke detectors - First aid -Vacuum cleaner with cleaning equipment - Guest parking Guest access - Shared jetty with landlord, equipped with a bathing ladder. - Rowboat - Smaller charcoal grill - Murrika is available to borrow after agreement with the landlord -Note -Bed linens/towels are not included, but can of course be arranged after consultation with the landlord, but at an additional cost.
